Kathleen Cerniglia Hipps
Kathleen Cerniglia Hipps is a Partner at Greenspoon Marder, LLP, focusing on entertainment and commercial litigation. Her previous experience includes working for national law firms and at CNN. Kati received her Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from the University Of Iowa College Of Law.
Jen Hollingsworth
Jen Hollingsworth is the CEO at Cast & Crew. Her previous experience includes COO at Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, and leadership positions at Mandate Pictures and Sony Pictures. Jen received her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Lisa Holme
Lisa Holme is Group SVP of Content and Commercial Strategy for Discovery, Inc., leading programming and partnership for Discovery’s aggregated, direct-to-consumer streaming service. Prior to joining Discovery, Holme led the investigation and strategy for Hulu’s international expansion, which followed several years of leading Hulu’s Content Acquisition team, where she was responsible for negotiating tens of billions of dollars’ worth of content deals, helping to expand the service from zero to roughly 30 million subscribers. Before joining Hulu’s acquisitions team in 2010, Lisa worked in creative at Illumination Entertainment and as a consultant in McKinsey & Company's Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Telecom Practices.
Liz Jenkins
Liz Jenkins is the Chief Business Officer for NBCUniversal Studio Group. In this role, she oversees strategy and business operations across the company’s Film and Television Studios. Jenkins drives long-range business strategy to support the Studio’s new unified content hub, bringing together Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (Universal Pictures, Focus Features, DreamWorks Animation) and Universal Studio Group (Universal Television, Universal Content Productions, Universal Television Alternative Studios, Universal International Studios). Prior to this role, Jenkins served as Chief Operating Officer at Reese Witherspoon’s multimedia company Hello Sunshine. Previously, Jenkins served as the Head of Strategic Ventures for Sony PlayStation and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Media Rights Capital where she developed and implemented innovative distribution models, strategic partnerships and new businesses across film and television. She began her career at GE, McKinsey, and Credit Suisse.
Stacy Nagata
Stacy is currently working in Marketing and Marketing Strategy at Apple +. Prior to this, she was Head of Marketing Strategy & Analysis - UCAN (US, Canada, ANZ) & LATAM at Netflix. Her previous experience includes work with Discovery, Microsoft XBOX and NBC Universal.
Ruby Suchecki
Ruby Suchecki is the SVP of Corporate Planning at MGM and oversees the company’s financial planning and budgeting functions. Prior to this role, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Accounting at MGM where she was in charge of the corporate financial accounting and reporting functions. Prior to joining MGM, Ruby served as the Controller of MRC Studios from 2009 – 2011 where she was responsible for the Company’s financial accounting, reporting and budgeting functions. Ruby began her career in 2002 at Ernst & Young where she worked as an Audit Manager who primarily focused on the firm’s media and entertainment clients. She was responsible for planning and administering all phases of financial statement audits and the testing of internal controls (including Sarbanes-Oxley) for public and privately held companies. Ruby holds a B.A. in Business Economics and a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
Susan Shelton Vigon
Susan Shelton Vigon serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Tubi Media Group, a division of Fox Corporation. In this role, Susan leads the legal team for Tubi, as well as Fox’s Data Security, Privacy, Technology and Emergent Tech legal teams. Prior to her current role, Susan served as General Counsel of Fox’s web3 division, Blockchain Creative Labs, and prior to that, she served as Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Fox Cable Networks, where she led the broadcast distribution legal team.
Prior to joining Fox, Susan served as Corporate Counsel for Hearst Television, a publicly traded subsidiary of The Hearst Corporation. She began her legal career at the New York office of Clifford Chance LLP, where she advised high-profile entertainment and financial clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate law matters. Susan holds both a J.D. and LL.M. from Duke University School of Law.
Susan also serves on the Advisory Board of Women@Fox, an employee resource group dedicated to fostering female leadership and career development within the Fox organization.

Julia Boorstin
Julia Boorstin has been a CNBC Media and Entertainment Reporter since 2006. Her previous experience includes Fortune Magazine and CNN Headline News. Julia received her Bachelor’s Degree from Princeton University. She is the author of When Women Lead, a groundbreaking book that reveals the key characteristics that help top female leaders thrive as they innovate, grow businesses, and navigate crises—an essential resource for anyone in the workplace.
Megan Klein
Megan serves as Senior Vice President of corporate communications at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she leads West Coast communications for the global media and entertainment company. Earlier she was the Executive Vice President of corporate communications for Fox Corporation, overseeing media relations, message development and deployment, financial communications, internal communications as well as corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining Fox in 2016, she worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she was part of the cross-functional team that managed the cyberattack investigation, communications, and recovery efforts. Megan began her career at The Abernathy MacGregor Group, providing financial, crisis and strategic communications counsel to clients including Hewlett Packard, Yahoo!, Washington Mutual and TCW. She is a graduate of Amherst College and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Bhavna Tripuraneni
Bhavna Tripuraneni is the current President of FEME and a Manager on Netflix's Content Acquisition team, with a focus on major studio film. She sources global content opportunities and structures and negotiates deals to further Netflix's goal of entertaining the world. Prior to joining Netflix, She spent several years on Hulu's film team, working across development, production, acquisitions, and licensing to grow the category's portfolio within the service. Before entering content acquisition, she spent time leading analytics for theatrical distribution teams at Lionsgate and STX. Bhavna graduated from UCLA with degrees in Psychobiology & Art History. She received her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Carolyn Steinmetz
Carolyn Steinmetz is CFO at Collab, a leading tech-powered entertainment company driving the creator economy. Her previous experience includes Executive Vice President and Head of Content Finance at STX Entertainment, heading Corporate Strategy at Exclusive Media, roles at Clear Scope Partners and graduate internship positions at Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros. Entertainment and NBCUniversal. Prior to business school, she was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns. Carolyn is the former President of FEME (Female Executives in Media and Entertainment) and a founding member of Chief’s Los Angeles chapter. Carolyn holds a degree in Economics and Statistics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Sophia Lin
Sophia Lin is an Executive Director and Banker in the Los Angeles office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Sophia works closely with founders and investors of media and entertainment companies, advising on ways to structure, grow and preserve their wealth and supporting their ventures. Sophia acts as a conduit to the full resources of the firm, delivering investing, banking, lending and planning strategies.
Over a decade-plus career in finance and in the entertainment space, Sophia has built a track record in guiding organizations through transactions and strategic initiatives, including capital raising, new business plans, M&A and post-merger integration. Her prior experience includes Deloitte and MUFG, before joining the Entertainment Industries Group at J.P. Morgan were she provided financing for entertainment companies in film, television, digital and interactive content space. Most recently, Sophia was Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at MRC Entertainment. Sophia sits on the board of Female Executives in Media and Entertainment and is a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater LA.
Krista Wegener
Krista Wegener is a 20-year entertainment industry veteran and is currently SVP, Premium Content Sales at Sony Music Entertainment. Prior to Sony, Krista has held senior roles at Participant Media, Miramax, Alliance Films, and Universal Pictures. She has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in the UK for 10 years and completed extended assignments in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Japan, and Australia. Krista earned an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
Meme Moncada
Mariaesther “Meme” Moncada is a Vice President in PNC’s Corporate Banking group where she provides financing for entertainment companies in the film, television, and music space. Meme has over 10 years of experience at financial institutions including, Bank of America and Moody’s Investors Services. She has a bachelor’s degree in Math and Economics from Wellesley College and maintains her Series 7 and 63 licenses. Meme is also on the board of ManifestWorks in Los Angeles, a non-profit focused on connecting those impacted by foster care, homelessness and incarceration with job opportunities and providing ongoing life and professional skills to support long-term success.
Vanessa Roman
Vanessa Roman is a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. She advises a variety of clients in the entertainment industry, including financial institutions, borrowers, distributors and independent production companies. She provides counsel in various aspects of the production, financing and distribution of film and television projects. Vanessa helps clients address issues related to the rapidly-changing landscape of the entertainment industry, including the proliferation of streaming services and the rise of virtual reality. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
Mitzi Reaugh
Mitzi Reaugh is currently VP, Studio Strategy, Finance & Sustainability at Netflix. Previously she worked with Verizon and Jaunt XR in the immersive technology industry. At Verizon, she worked as GM, Growth Strategy & Product Development, Immersive Media for Verizon following their acquisition of Jaunt XR where she served as President & CEO and Board Member. Mitzi has deep experience in digital media and in scaling new businesses. She previously was the co-founder of GoodLooks, a marketplace connecting successful individuals with vetted and curated professionals to help individuals achieve their personal growth goals. Her previous experience includes Miramax, Nielsen, NBC Universal/Hulu, The Chernin Group, and McKinsey & Company.
Mitzi received her Bachelor’s Degree from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Harmonic (Nasdaq: HLIT) and previously for Entertainment One (LON: ETO) before being acquired by Hasbro. She is a founding member and on the board of the non-profit FEME (Female Executives in Media and Entertainment).
Kayla Bourgeois
Kayla Bourgeois is a strategic operations and business transformation executive with 15+ years of experience in tech and entertainment. Most recently she served as the EVP, Transformation at Lionsgate in the Motion Picture Group. She has extensive experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational efficiency, modernization, and enablement.
Her previous experience includes driving operational excellence and change management at Mattel, the University of Southern California, and Ticketmaster, and growing the startup Two Toasters which was acquired by Ticketmaster in 2015. Her early career includes broadcasting, video games, and sports experience, giving her a well-rounded view of the entertainment industry.
Kayla is the former Board Secretary of Gladeo. She is also a certified executive coach.
Danielle Josephs
Danielle Josephs is principal counsel on the Animation Series Business and Legal Affairs team at Netflix. In this capacity, she serves as lead attorney for the kids & family animated series slate, which involves structuring and negotiating rights deals for pre-existing intellectual property, production services agreements with partner studios, and personal services agreements for above-the-line talent in development and production. Prior to joining Netflix, Danielle worked as a Director in Business & Legal Affairs at Disney Television Animation and as an attorney at talent law firms Yorn Levine and Jackoway Austen. She graduated with a dual degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Rutgers University and received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Meredith Rodriguez
Meredith Rodriguez the Chief Growth Officer at Stept Studios. She is a media and entertainment executive with over 20 years of experience in advertising, entertainment, and production. She has held key roles at global leaders like Microsoft and played a pivotal part in the early-stage growth of Pinterest and Demand Media. At Stept Studios, Meredith has driven the company’s expansion into new creative and entertainment divisions, securing long-term partnerships with brands and led development of original content for film and television. A recognized thought leader, and passionate mentor for the next generation of marketing and entertainment leaders. Meredith holds a Business degree from the University of San Diego.
Viviana Zarragoitia
Viviana Zarragoitia is the Senior Vice President at TPC (fka Three Point Capital), a boutique firm that specializes in senior lending for film and television. She has been involved in the financing of over 150 independent films, and worked with such producers as Cassian Elwes, Robert Ogden Barnum, Anthony Bregman, James Schamus, Aaron Gilbert, Kimberly Steward, Nicolas Chartier, and Kevin Frakes, among others. Viviana sources, structures, and negotiates film financing opportunities and helps manage the firm’s loan portfolio. She has received over 70 Executive Producers credits on titles she has financed.
Prior to joining TPC, Viviana managed film and television royalty audits of producers’ profit participation statements and oversaw the preparation of multi-million-dollar film and television distribution deals at Lionsgate. She has also held positions in production accounting at Millennium Films, and Bold Films.
Viviana is a member of the Producers Guild Association and Film Independent, as well as a mentor in The Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment Mentorship Program. She is also a mentor for LMU’s Entertainment Finance course through the Hilton School For Business and is a frequent panelist for international film festivals and universities.
Lindsey Gui
Lindsey Gui is the Vice President of Theatrical Content Finance, Planning, and Strategy at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she manages greenlight evaluations, slate planning, content strategy, and development FP&A for the Motion Picture Group. Previously, she served as Head of Studio Business Operations at Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network Studios, overseeing animation strategy, operations, and production technology within WBTV. Prior to that, Lindsey spent a few years leading strategy projects in Warner Bros.’ Corporate Business Development and Strategy group as well as transformation initiatives on WarnerMedia’s Corporate Synergy team. She began her career in investment banking at Barclays Capital’s Global Consumer Group before transitioning into film finance at China’s Bona Film Group. Lindsey graduated cum laude from Princeton University and holds an MBA in Statistics and Operations Management from The Wharton School. She is currently working towards a degree in Master of Studies in Entertainment Law at USC’s Gould School.
London Wright-Pegs Lewis
London Lewis is a dynamic entertainment lawyer, writer, and producer dedicated to storytelling and uplifting diverse voices in media. She currently serves as an entertainment lawyer at MRC, managing business and legal affairs for the Film Group. Previously, she worked at Netflix’s Original Independent Film Group, where she also co-led events for the Black@/Strong Black Lead employee resource group, curating programming that highlighted diverse content. Beyond her legal career, London is an accomplished writer and producer. She was a second-round finalist in the “Create the Writer’s Room” Short Film Competition for her short 8 Degrees of the F-Boy. She is also the creator and host of More than a Lawyer with London Lewis, a podcast exploring the journeys of successful multi-hyphenates.
Previously, London worked in business and legal affairs at top advertising agencies, including Starcom MediaVest (Publicis), Anomaly, and 180LA, negotiating high-profile deals for brands like Samsung, Honda, and Microsoft. She also co-created Curiosity Lab, an initiative spotlighting changemakers. London holds a B.A. in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she was Co-Executive Editor of the Entertainment Law Review Journal and Vice President of both the Entertainment Law Association and Sports Law Association. Her work has been published in several legal journals. Passionate about creativity and community, London enjoys horseback riding, yoga, traveling, and volunteering. She is also co-authoring a plant-based cookbook inspired by her grandmother’s recipes. She is excited to bring her legal, creative, and strategic expertise to F.E.M.E., supporting emerging talent in entertainment.
Sophia Chen
Sophia Chen is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Bank of America’s Entertainment Industries Group (EIG) focusing on financing media and entertainment companies. Sophia covers clients including independent production companies, distributors, agencies, and music publishers.
Sophia has spent her career focused on commercial lending in Los Angeles. Before entertainment, she covered technology and consumer retail and is approaching a 20-year milestone in banking and finance at Bank of America. A proud Trojan, Sophia graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
